   A 4oz cut filet wrapped with bacon coupled with a spiny lobster tail.

   January 11th – January 17th

Pasta Langosta     $24

Shrimp sautéed, topped with tomatoes, green onions and red peppers,

then finished with gouda cheese served over pasta.

                                                                         This dish also comes with our traditional salad.

Trigger in Parchment Paper     $24

Trigger wrapped in parchment paper with capers and cherry tomatoes,

                            then baked to perfection.

Snapper with fruit salsa       $25

     Grilled snapper topped with mango and pineapple salsa.
